Refunds & Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I was a little leery about purchasing this sofa, but I wanted to at least try due to my previous sofa being way too big after moving into this smaller home. I’m very pleased with my decision. It’s the perfect fit in the small. It’s pretty comfortable too.My only two complaints would be the back of the couch how it splits which is kind of an easy fix (1. Cover with a blanket so it’s not seen. or 2. Place it against the wall like I did.) so it really isn’t that bad. The other complaint is during installation you definitely need a couple pairs of hands. Without help, I feel it would have took me a while because of trying to hold the pieces in place to line up. Luckily everyone was in the room, excited that we finally had a couch again lol. (we had previously given our other couch away and ran into delivery issues with this couch. I had ordered it twice and requested refunds twice before receiving it. But Amazon’s customer was amazing in resolving the issues.) Luckily for me as soon I started having trouble living everything up, I had 4 pairs of hands and were put this together in about 3 to 4 mins if that long.This couch is cute, comfortable for me and I sit and game for several hours. My 6’7 husband with back pain sat on it end binge watched TV with me for about 12 hours and didn’t complain. I figured it’s because it’s sturdy with stiff cushions so you don’t sink in. Although his long body did look a little funny lol.Overall it’s a decent sofa.
My Fiancé and I purchased this couch because we needed something that will fit in our small apartment living room. I was initially worried about how well it would hold two larger adults, (by that I mean over 180lbs each) and I was also worried about fit. When it arrived we put it up in our apartment almost immediately, it took less than 15 minutes to set it up! The instructions were very self explanatory and made it an easy process. The couch holds 3 peoples weight perfectly but it is small so it’s best for 2 people max to sit on for comfort purposes.It’s not the most comfortable couch of course but it’s also not uncomfortable, you can’t really lay down on it but it’s good for sitting and watching a movie and such.Until we have the money and time for a slightly bigger and more comfortable couch I’d say this one is actually pretty great! I think it will hold up for a while and it really is perfect for small spaces, comfortable enough to sit on just not lay on.
We love these couches. They look good. They are comfortable with great fabric that looks like it’ll last. They were easy to assemble. We are very pleased we got two of them to accommodate our large family and other visitors.

I’m actually happy I ordered it. Friends and family say it’s very nice. Comfort level - Firm with comfy back support, there is a zipper if you would like to add additional padding.I’m 5’ 6” and fit snug. if you are a tall person consider buying a bigger couch.. I assembled it by myself but consider an extra hand moving the boxes. Took about 30min in total to assemble once out of the box.Perfect for anyone needing something for friends to have a place to sit and relax
it took 20 minutes to assemble. boxes are extremely heavy though so it might take two people. fabric is soft and comfortable.
I assembled it all on my own. One thing I noticed in the instructions is that it was a little difficult to understand when it came to installing the hooks in between the couch. You have to make sure the cushion side is face down and the hooks go into a downward motion.As for comfort, i like the comfort level. I slept on it on the first night (I’m 4’11) and it held up. It’s a little more on the firmer side but I prefer it like that.I accidentally had a water bottle open on the couch and it soaked all the water. And I assume because of the fabric, but it took a very long time for it to even become dry (next day) dry. Be aware that it’s very magnetic to debri, lint, hair, etc. But you can easily vacuum it up.It’s very light in weight. Easily knock move if you bump into it on accident.
I like the feel of the couch a lot. If you like firm, this is perfect for you. I don’t sink in to the couch and I’m a bit heavier.The Assembly was a little difficult with me by myself. Mostly just trying to attach the main part of the couch to the single seat with the ottoman.Also everything is held straight with Velcro so you don’t have your cushions flopping out of place.Also I feel it looks more blue than grey. So if you are expecting it to be grey you may be in for a surprise!Also I do not recommend if you have a large family (lots of kids who may jump on the couch)One being this couch isn’t very big, and two being that the legs are based with plastic and the streams are hallow underneath and we don’t want kids breaking your new couch!Also apologies for the cat hair in the pictures, our cat likes the new couch too lol.
Our apartment is not big so this couch fits perfectly in between the two bedrooms! It’s a little stiff but I’m sure it’ll soften up the more we use it! It only took about 20 mins to put together and that’s because I did it all by myself. Super cute couch to have for a college apartment.
Honestly, my dog needed a couch more than I did 😅 I work a ton and when I am home, I am not usually lounging on the couch.
Sear cushions are firm, back cushions are more plush. Seat depth is kind of short, so if you're tall or long legged, won't be very comfy. Easy to assemble, I did it myself, so one person not a problem. I have no complaints. I do reccomend furniture gliders if you have carpet, doesn't slide very easy.

It was easy to assemble, and is decently sturdy. We’ve had it for about 8 months. It’s not a couch I’d sleep on, but it works and looks nice enough. All of the cushions come vacuum sealed, so it was great for move-in just not opening it until we got there.
This couch is super cute and modern. Looks just like the picture and super easy to put together. It is smaller so make sure to look at the measurements and make sure that it is something you’re okay with! I live in a smaller house so it is perfect! My husband, dogs and I are able to sit on it comfortably. I love the ottoman and being able to move it around. I like how firm it is while still being comfy. The back cushions are short so again-look at measurements to make sure it won’t bother you. I do wish they were taller but I knew when ordering that they weren’t. It doesn’t bother us! We have some throw pillows and a blanket and it adds to the comfort and look. Definitely recommend.
Mine is comfortable and have some bounce to it. It's also not as small as i thought it would be, it fit my living room perfectly. Also it was very easy to assemble. To assemble, that only took 10-15 mins max. Also for me personally my cushions only took 1-2 hours to fluff fully. It's a great couch.
We bought this couch for our grandkids play room and the size was great. The cushions seem like they are pretty good quality and it’s comfortable for them.Hopefully it can withstand some rough and tumble boys for a couple years.
Big enough for me and my 90lb dog or normal human sized partner to be able to stretch our legs, but probably not both at once. The back cushions may need fluffing or some cheap pillows gutted for extra filler.
We needed a small couch for a space that did not have enough seating. I love it! Its soft and comfy. Add some throw pillows as the back is a bit stiff. But cushions are great. The vacuum pack is neat, the cushions need 72 hours to fully inflate but ours were good after 24. Super easy to assemble. Love the versatility of the ottoman/chaise. Mostly love the chaise part! So if you want a small flexible couch, this is it!!
